NEW! Registration Coordinators
We're excited to introduce our updated online registration system, designed to make registering for ACWA conferences and events more efficient and convenient for your organization. Registration Coordinators will be able to register on behalf of one or more attendees, receive the group registration discount (if eligible), pay for the group in one transaction, and receive copies of all registration communication. This new process helps ensure registrations are accurate, simplifies payment and recordkeeping, and makes it easier to manage your organization's attendees in one place.
Because this process is different from our previous registration system, we've developed a list of FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS to help guide you through the new experience.
Registration Account Login
An ACWA login or email verification is required to register. If you do not have an ACWA login, please contact the Portal Support Team.
Registration
Once you’ve registered for ACWA conference, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep this email, as you may need it to make changes to your registration.
Hotel Accommodations
ACWA has negotiated the largest hotel room block available at the Anaheim Marriott for the ACWA 2026 Fall Conference at a discounted rate of $239 per night, plus taxes and fees. Hotel booking details are emailed with your registration confirmation. Attendees must be registered prior to reserving a hotel room in the block.
Transfer and Cancellation
All transfers, changes, and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by November 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. (PT): Request a Transfer, Change or Cancellation
- August 19–November 3, 2026: Receive a refund of registration fees paid, minus a $75 administrative processing fee.
- November 4–20, 2026: Receive a 50% refund of registration fees paid.
- After November 20, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. (PT): No refunds will be issued.
